Making changes to your order

If it’s still early in the order process, you can get in touch to find out if we can edit your ordered items or change your delivery address. You can also cancel your order and place a new one with the items you want.

Typically, you have up to 30 minutes to cancel your order after your submission.

Cancel your order

You can usually cancel your order immediately after it’s placed, before the order is too far along in the process. Keep in mind, process times vary from store to store.

To cancel your order:

  1. Click Menu .
  2. Click Orders.
    •  If your order can still be canceled, you’ll see the Cancel order option. Then, you can place a new order and choose from the available delivery options.
    • If you don’t see an option to cancel, it means your order is too far along in the process. In some cases, we may be able to reach the seller in time to cancel your order.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will update your address in our system. Unfortunately, if the order is already shipped, we won’t be able to make changes. However, we’ll assist you in tracking your order or provide other solutions if possible.

Same-day delivery is possible if the product is already available in our Bangladesh showroom. We will do our best to process and deliver it on the same day. However, if the product needs to be prepared or shipped from our facility in Malaysia, same-day delivery won’t be feasible. We appreciate your understanding and recommend contacting our support team to confirm product availability and delivery options.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the refund.
  2. Eligibility Check: Ensure your request meets our refund policy, such as returning the product within the specified time frame and in its original condition.
  3. Return the Product: If applicable, ship the product back to us as instructed by our support team.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within the specified time.
